A long history of quality service and care
Since the early 2000s, co-owners Adam and Talia Eubanks have helped hundreds of patients find freedom from pain using physical therapy. During their early years, they loved serving patients at other PT clinics, but they also developed a desire to open their own facility. In 2017, they decided to open a clinic in the community that they already lived in and loved—Moon Township. Eclipse is now a respected name throughout Moon Township and its surrounding areas. Having merged with Artistic Athletics in 2019 and now serving five local gyms, Eclipse is prepared to serve you and your family for years to come.

Meet the Eclipse family
Dr. Adam Eubanks
PT, DPT, MS, SCS
Co-owner Dr. Adam Eubanks has been practicing physical therapy for over 20 years. With an Advanced Masters, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and being a Sports Certified Specialist, Adam is equipped to treat everyone from the professional athlete to the weekend warrior. His biggest goal: help people return to their prior level of function and beyond. Outside of the clinic, Adam is a husband, father, coach, and an experienced competitive triathlete.
Dr. Talia Trapuzzano Eubanks
PT, DPT, SCS, ATC
Co-owner Dr. Talia Trapuzzano Eubanks has over 20 years of physical therapy experience. She has an Advanced Masters, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and she’s a Certified Athletic Trainer. As an avid fitness fan and former level 10 gymnast, Talia specializes in helping gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders recover and get back to doing what they love. Outside of the clinic, she’s a wife, mother, and Pilates practitioner.
Dr. Rebecca Campbell
PT, DPT, SCS
Rebecca has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and she’s also a Sports Certified Specialist. As a former level eight gymnast and collegiate rower, Rebecca’s goal is to use her athletic experience and knowledge of physical therapy to help other athletes get back to the sport they love.
Stephanie Straub
MSPT
Stephanie graduated in 2002 with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Growing up as a competitive level nine gymnast, Stephanie has the experience, knowledge, and passion needed to help athletes heal appropriately. She’s also a wife and mother to three.
A place you can heal comfortably
We built our Moon Township facility to allow for ample sunlight and open space. We also made our clinic look like a gym, rather than a stuffy medical office. Why? Every time you walk into Eclipse, we want you to experience an environment that promotes healing, wellness, and collaboration.
Also, along with having access to our large variety of equipment, you’ll enjoy that we’re right in the heart of Moon Township. This means you’ll be conveniently located near the Moon School District, RMU campus, and local shops and restaurants.
